Respiratory Physiologist Team Lead
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of respiratory physiologists and manage the lung function rooms at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of the trust's multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic and patient-focused services.
You will oversee the running of the respiratory laboratories, ensuring all investigation services are provided with a high standard of care. This includes independently performing and overseeing a range of diagnostic tests and procedures such as spirometry, dynamic lung volumes, transfer factor, static lung volumes, bronchodilator response, peak flow monitoring, field exercise assessment, FeNO testing, and more.
The successful candidate will have experience working at Band 6 or equivalent and possess specialist knowledge across a range of respiratory and sleep procedures. They will also be able to provide patients with access to appropriate information when required and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care.

- HNC/Degree in Respiratory Physiology or equivalent subject.
- Experience working at Band 6 or equivalent.

- Able to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
The salary for this role is £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience. The trust offers a range of benefits including a pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.
