Lung Function Testing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lung Function Testing Manager to join our team. This role involves managing the team of physiologists and the lung function rooms on the Ealing CDC site, including all equipment.

Main Duties
  • To oversee the running of the respiratory laboratories, ensuring all investigation services are provided with a high standard of care.
  • To authorise, perform, interpret, and report on a range of complex and highly specialised diagnostic clinical investigations in line with national, Trust, departmental, and professional directives.

This role requires specialist knowledge across a range of respiratory and sleep procedures, as well as experience working at Band 6 or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.

Requirements
  • HNC/Degree in Respiratory Physiology or equivalent subject.
  • Registration with the RCCP/HCPC or able to progress to registration.
