Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chartered Project Manager to join our London-based team, specializing in the Life Sciences sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Building Surveying or Project Management and a passion for working in this dynamic field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams through all stages of the project lifecycle, from preparation to delivery.
  • Develop and implement project strategies, including fee proposals, project briefings, and client advice.
  • Collaborate with professional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage project documentation, including minutes of meetings, project reports, and financial reports.
  • Administer contracts and oversee the delivery of fit-out and refurbishment projects.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • MRICS qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong track record of delivering successful projects in the Life Sciences sector.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
