Sales and Account Manager

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented individual to join our expanding sales team as a Tele Sales Executive in Andover. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career within a supportive and energetic working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve and exceed sales goals by making outbound calls, securing face-to-face appointments for the external sales team
- Coordinated with the field sales team to schedule appointments efficiently
- Work closely with other team members, sharing best practice and developing positive relationships with key accounts
This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 plus OTE, private health insurance after completion of probation period, and death in service (3x salary) after completion of probation period.
