The Role: We are seeking an experienced Support Staff member to join our team and assist in the delivery of high-quality education to pupils with Special Educational Needs. The successful candidate will have a passion for making a difference in the lives of children and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons tailored to the needs of pupils with SEN
  • Providing individualized support to pupils with SEN, promoting independence and confidence
  • Maintaining accurate records of pupil progress and communicating effectively with teachers and parents

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, resilience, and adaptability
  • Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential)
