Incident Management Specialist

Schroders is looking for an experienced Incident Management Specialist to join our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing major incidents from inception to closure, leading internal reviews to ensure actions are managed to conclusion, and producing monthly reporting for the Group Service Operations function.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in Incident Management & Problem Management, who has a good understanding of ITIL Service Management framework and experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and Jira.
The salary for this role is $120,000 per year, based on market rates and your level of experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Manage major incidents from start to finish
- Lead internal reviews to ensure actions are completed successfully
- Produce monthly reports for the Group Service Operations function
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Show exceptional teamwork and leadership skills
- Support the Group Head of Service Operations as needed
- Significant experience in Incident Management & Problem Management
- Strong understanding of ITIL Service Management framework
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira
- Desirable: any ITIL V3 or V4 certifications
- SAFe methodology knowledge
- Financial Services industry experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
