An exciting opportunity awaits a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional in the Middle East.

We are recruiting for an Executive Personal Assistant to join our esteemed client, a global leader based in the region. Our team has successfully placed several individuals in similar roles, who have appreciated the unique experience.

This role requires relocation, with a single status basis, allowing you to relocate independently. You will become part of a vibrant community featuring around 13,000 western expats, with access to excellent amenities like onsite gyms, pools, cinemas, Starbucks, restaurants, and active communities.

Upon successful application, you will be paired with a dedicated relocation worker to guide you through the process.

The primary responsibilities of this position involve:

  • Managing calendars and email inboxes
  • Organizing travel arrangements, visa applications, and expense management
  • Performing diverse administrative tasks as needed

Candidates should possess:

  • No less than 5 years' experience working in an EA/PA/Office Manager or Secretarial capacity

This exceptional opportunity includes:

  • A tax-free annual salary ranging from £55,000 to £60,000
  • Low living costs, with the possibility of securing a private apartment for $100-$200 per month, including all utility bills
  • A flight allowance

  • A severance payment upon leaving (subject to a minimum 2-year tenure with the company)
