Role Description

We seek an accomplished administrative professional to fill this permanent position, supporting senior executives and contributing to the success of our fee earners.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Administer daily tasks, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  2. Organize travel, meetings, and events, demonstrating strong planning and coordination skills.
  3. Establish and maintain precise record-keeping systems and protocols.
  4. Ensure smooth operation of IT systems, troubleshooting issues promptly.
Remuneration

The estimated annual salary for this role is £34,000-£40,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this position, you must have:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience as an administrative assistant or personal assistant.
  • Superb communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
