Job Title: Personal Assistant to a Senior Executive

About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide high-level support to our senior executive, ensuring their daily needs are met with discretion and professionalism. This role requires someone who is highly organized, able to multitask, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Managing the executive's residence, including coordinating with suppliers and contractors
- Overseeing vehicle maintenance and driving the principal when needed
- Assisting with general tasks and responsibilities, such as scheduling appointments and running errands
- Welcoming visitors and managing intercom communication

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to source suppliers and contractors, review agreements, and suggest improvements
- Efficient, well-organized, and capable of multitasking
- Clean DBS check

Salary: £52,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
