Personal Assistant to Senior Leadership

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality administrative services, utilizing excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Senior Leadership, including diary management, email coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Develop and implement event strategies, utilizing creativity and planning skills.
- Prepare high-quality reports, letters, and presentations, leveraging writing and design abilities.
- Assist with investor roadshows, showcasing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Process expenses, maintain accurate records, and order office supplies.
- Act as the first point of contact for executives, providing exceptional customer service.
- Line manage an Administrator, guiding them in their role and providing constructive feedback.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or PA supporting multiple individuals.
- Previous experience working with C-Suite or senior-level executives.
- Ability to start work immediately, with a proactive approach and willingness to learn.
- Excellent organizational skills, with proven ability to manage busy diaries and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience booking international travel, familiarity with various time zones, and adaptability to changing schedules.
- Calm under pressure, meeting deadlines set by executives, and maintaining high standards of work quality.
- Exceptional written skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Good MS Office skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
