Personal Assistant to Senior Leadership

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Head Teacher at a school in East Lancashire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing correspondence, coordinating events, and maintaining records, while also developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Correspondence and Event Management
    • Handle all correspondence on behalf of the Head Teacher, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
    • Coordinate and plan school events, including staff meetings, parent evenings, and governor meetings.
  • Record Keeping and Administration
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with data protection policies.
    • Provide administrative support to the Head Teacher, including preparing reports and presentations.
  • Relationship Building and Development
    • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including staff, parents, and governors.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.

The salary for this position is £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time role, working approximately 37 hours per week.
