About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Admissions team as a Seasonal Admissions Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our visitors, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to visitors, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide a high level of service to our customers.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card payments.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.44.
  • A seasonal contract from 3rd November 2024 to 5th January 2025.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • A flexible and proactive approach, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience of working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Ability to work on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
