Major Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Major Account Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing business across specific major accounts.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience working in an area sales role within the construction/hire industry and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maximising revenue, and building effective relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business growth strategies for major accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives
Requirements:
- Significant experience in area sales within the construction/hire industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office packages and CRM systems
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, a bonus scheme based on performance, up to 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension scheme and life assurance, cycle to work scheme, and health and wellness benefits.
