Hotel Construction Project Director

Austin Fraser is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Construction Project Director to lead our construction team in delivering high-quality hotel fit-out and extensions projects.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless communication with clients, site teams, and sub-contractors. They will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets, as well as overseeing sub-contractor performance and approving invoices.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple fast-track projects simultaneously

Requirements:

About the Role:
