Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead our client's construction projects in Cambridgeshire. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across various sectors, including commercial, healthcare, education, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies
  • Manage a team of site managers and coordinators to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budgets and financial targets
  • Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and industry standards
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and concerns

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of managing multiple teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or civil engineering
  • Full UK driving license and ability to commute to Cambridgeshire

About the Role:
