Job Title: Assistant Front Desk Manager

Job Summary:

The Arts Club Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Front Desk Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Assistant Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk area, ensuring smooth and efficient service to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, train, and motivate the front desk team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Handle member and guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of club facilities, services, events, and local amenities.
  • Assist in the management of membership records and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Monitor and manage the front desk budget, ensuring cost-effective practices without compromising service quality.
  • Address and resolve any complaints or issues promptly, escalating to the Front Desk Manager or other departments as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and club policies.
  • Support the Front Desk Manager in various administrative duties and projects as required.
