Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Sales Growth Professional to join our TransPerfect team in London. As a key member of our fast-growing TransPerfect Legal Solutions (TLS) team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business and developing new relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of our services and their competitive advantages
- Identify new sales opportunities and individual organizations to focus on
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through cold calling, networking, and in-person meetings
- In collaboration with Sales Management, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities
- Educate clients about our services and provide exceptional support
- Manage pricing and contractual issues while maintaining a thorough understanding of company procedures
- Take an active role in learning about each client's industry, business needs, and company culture to identify new business opportunities
- Perform other special projects or duties as required
Requirements
- 2 years of sales experience
- Interest in Strategic Business Development or previous experience
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships
- Superior written and spoken communication skills in English
- Good analytical skills for revenue projections, budget monitoring, and calculations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent
- Ability to commute to our London office and surrounding areas 5 days a week
- Multitasking in a fast-paced environment, working with diverse backgrounds and cultures, building strategic relationships, teamwork, problem-solving, and high-level service commitment
Estimated Salary Range: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
