Business Development Manager

We are seeking a talented Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment in Stockton-on-Tees. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing existing client relationships within the gas logistics industry.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a background in logistics and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality services to clients and identify new business opportunities to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and grow the business
* Manage and develop existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services to clients
* Identify new business opportunities and develop leads to drive growth
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, or logistics)
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the gas logistics industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
