Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our recruitment team in Stockton on Tees. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and delivering exceptional results.
About the Role:- You will have a proven track record of business development and be able to demonstrate success in identifying and maximising new opportunities.
- You will be responsible for maintaining accurate client and candidate records and adhering to quality procedures to ensure a compliant and ethical service.
- Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
