SEN Learning Support Specialist

The Academics is seeking an experienced SEN Learning Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves working closely with children with complex needs and disabilities, including MLD, PMLD, physical needs, and SEN. As a key member of our staff, you will provide vital support to pupils with SEN requirements, additional needs, or disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with class teachers across multiple classes and conduct one-to-one Teaching Assistant work
- Offer physical support, assistance with communication and interpersonal skills, and deliver sensory curriculum-based learning activities
- Prior experience in working with children with a disability or SEN is essential
- Ability to perform personal care tasks, including changing and hoisting students
- Excellent communication skills to engage student attention and focus
- Foster happiness, self-reliance, and promote positive interactions
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in SEN education
- A strong background in supporting children with complex needs
Compensation and Benefits:
