**About You**

We're seeking a dedicated and ambitious Service Delivery Professional to join our team at SeeAbility, a pioneering disability charity with a rich history of providing specialist support.

**Job Description**

As a Service Delivery Professional, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that individuals with disabilities receive high-quality support and care. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing rotas to ensure effective support planning and delivery
  2. Supervising and training staff to ensure they're equipped to provide exceptional support
  3. Leading and supporting the team to complete support plans and risk assessments
  4. Working in partnership with individuals, their families, and external agencies to champion person-centred planning and partnership working
  5. Planning and implementing support plans that genuinely improve the quality of everyday life

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in managing rotas and supervising staff
  • Strong administration skills and the ability to work autonomously
  • A valid full UK manual driving license
  • Essential criteria: autism and learning disabilities, physical disabilities, managerial experience, and strong administration skills
