Compensation Administrator Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Compensation Administrator to join our team at Wilkinson & Associates Ltd in Central Scotland. This is a fully remote position with occasional meetings at our Stirling-based office.

As a Compensation Administrator, you will work closely with the Payroll Team Leader to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data. You will need to maintain a high level of attention to detail and be able to identify potential errors or discrepancies in data.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing payroll data and ensuring its accuracy,
  • Identifying and resolving payroll-related issues,
  • Maintaining knowledge of payroll and pension regulations,
  • Providing support to the HR/Payroll Teams with ad-hoc queries,
  • Carrying out quality assurance checks on payroll data.
