About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Lead for Rehabilitation to join our team at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and physiotherapy, with experience working in a variety of clinical areas, including wheelchair provision.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals. You will also have a keen interest in professional development and a willingness to participate in audit and research activities.

The salary for this role is £49,445 - £74,371 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your basic salary, you can also expect a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, annual leave, and access to training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of occupational therapists and physiotherapists.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with complex needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with trust policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in occupational therapy or physiotherapy.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience working in a variety of clinical areas, including wheelchair provision.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
