Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Clinical Lead within our Adult Learning Disability inpatient department at Bankfields Court in Middlesbrough.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting adults with a Learning Disability who have associated Mental Health needs, Epilepsy or behaviours of concern, and will lead the staff nurses to deliver the highest standards of care.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we strive to provide high-quality care across a busy and acute inpatient service. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, resilient, and possess excellent communication skills, serving as a positive role model for the team.

The Clinical Lead will ensure high-quality care is maintained at all times while providing effective practice leadership. They will support the Ward Manager/Deputy Ward Manager with safe staffing and delivery of supervision/appraisals, and provide assurance to the Clinical Specialist Nurse and Matron via the completion of audit and quality initiatives.

Main Duties:
