Relationship Development Specialist

As a Relationship Development Specialist at Onclusive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving account growth, and contributing to the company's success.
Main Responsibilities- Customer Retention: Ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth through effective relationship building and portfolio management.
- Upselling/Cross-Selling: Identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue and grow the customer base.
- Reporting and Account Planning: Conduct regular business reviews, monitor customer health, and create risk mitigation plans to ensure successful renewals.
- Experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive salary of £70,000 - 100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
