Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Relationship Development Specialist to support our customers, architects, and designers through the end-to-end process of product selection and order management.

The ideal candidate will have established sales experience and strong communication skills, with a passion for building long-lasting relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Providing expert advice on our products and services, with a focus on ensuring high standards are met.
  • Working quickly to respond to inbound inquiries and supporting clients through to order completion.
  • Assisting with projects and collaborating with colleagues to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Representing the company at site visits and trade fairs.
Requirements
  • Established sales experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
