Business Development Relationship Specialist

This role is a fantastic opportunity to join the Everpool Recruitment team as a Business Development Relationship Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive sales growth.
As a Business Development Relationship Specialist, you will work closely with the sales team to understand client needs, provide exceptional customer service, and negotiate contracts. You will also be responsible for identifying cross-selling opportunities, upselling existing products, and expanding our market share.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular calls, emails, and meetings.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate contracts and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements:
- A levels/BTEC (minimum), degree or equivalent.
- Knowledge of hire purchase, leasing, or B2B lending.
- An understanding of financial services regulation and standard industry policy.
