Job Title: Children and Young People Mental Health Community Specialist

Salary: £25,660 - £35,720 per annum (inclusive of relocation allowance)

This role involves working as a qualified Education Mental Health Practitioner within the Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking for an individual with a passion for education, social, emotional, and mental wellbeing needs of children and young people to join our Mental Health Support Teams in Hull.

The successful candidate will engage in delivering evidence-based interventions for children and young people in educational settings with mild to moderate mental health problems. They will also help children and young people who present with more severe problems to rapidly access more specialist services.
