We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join our team at City Health Care Partnership CIC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of our service, providing training and development opportunities for staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to children and young people with complex disabilities and health needs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive post-registration experience in caring for children, advanced clinical assessment and decision-making skills, and experience in formal or informal teaching and mentoring. They will also be proficient in using electronic care records, administration systems, and other technology tools.

In addition to their clinical expertise, the successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and other health professionals. A postgraduate degree in a relevant health-related subject is also desirable.
