Aerospace Health Specialist

At Drs Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Aerospace Health Specialist to provide comprehensive health services on our client's sites throughout the UK. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills and expertise in health surveillance testing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting a range of health surveillance tests, including hearing tests, lung function tests, skin checks and vision screening. They may also be required to drive a mobile medical unit or use their own vehicle. The specialist will work closely with clients to ensure the provision of high-quality health services that meet their needs.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Prior experience in delivering health screen services is desirable but not essential. A valid full driver's licence with no more than 6 points is also required.
The working arrangements for this role involve regular travel and overnight stays for up to 4 nights per week. The specialist will be working shifts, including early starts, evenings and night shifts. Sunday work may occasionally be required, but we ask staff to volunteer for this overtime. A comprehensive two-week training period will be provided in Hull, Yorkshire, and accommodation will be arranged during the training period. The estimated salary for this position is £30,600 per annum, which includes a paid travel, accommodation and meal plan, pension scheme, and 28 days annual leave, including bank holidays, plus your birthday off.
