As a Falls Prevention Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of falls assessment and intervention services, working collaboratively with nursing, physiotherapy, and occupational therapy staff. Main Responsibilities

  • Support the multidisciplinary team in delivering falls assessment and intervention services
  • Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation programs, working closely with occupational therapists and physiotherapists
  • Participate in weekend working and on-call rotations, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Provide empathetic support and guidance to patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process

Requirements

  • Degree-level qualifications in Health and Social Care or relevant experience in rehabilitation
  • Awareness of healthy living practices and knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately £24,500 - £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as access to ongoing training, professional development opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.
