We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring professional to join our Early Help Team as a Family Development Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing targeted support and challenge to families in need, with a focus on preventing problems from escalating and promoting sustainable behavioral change.
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to improving outcomes for children and families in Hull. As part of our integrated, multi-agency Family Hub, you will work predominantly with children and young people aged 0-11 years and their families, developing and delivering a range of targeted Early Help services that achieve and sustain positive outcomes.
