About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in Hull. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing specialist clinical interventions to young people who use our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess the nursing needs of young people, considering their medical, social, cultural, and family circumstances
  • Develop and implement recovery plans, working collaboratively with other agencies and services as appropriate
  • Provide specialist clinical interventions, including harm reduction and health promotion
  • Contribute to the evaluation of the service, identifying areas for development and improvement
