About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join our team at Barchester Healthcare Ltd, providing high-quality care and support to patients with complex mental health needs.

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care, ensuring that each individual receives compassionate and respectful treatment. Your expertise will be essential in assessing patients' needs, developing personalized care plans, and implementing effective interventions to promote their physical and emotional well-being.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD). A strong understanding of clinical practices, including CQC requirements and frameworks, is also essential. Your ability to work proactively, think critically, and make informed decisions will be invaluable in this position.

You should have experience of producing well-developed care plans, undertaking risk assessments, and working collaboratively as part of a clinical team. A proactive approach to your own professional development, combined with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, will make you an excellent fit for this role.
