We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as an East Riding Community Support Specialist. This role will involve providing exceptional support to vulnerable adults in their own homes, responding to emergency situations, falls, telecare alarms, and welfare checks.
As a Community Support Specialist, you will work independently on a shift pattern from various central bases throughout the East Riding, interacting with customers and service users daily. You will be required to communicate clearly and concisely, have basic IT skills, and demonstrate a caring attitude and willingness to learn.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be customer-focused, and able to work to specific timescales. A full driving license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role. You will also need to be flexible, proactive, and able to adapt to changing environments.
