The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on our equipment, diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults efficiently to minimize downtime, collaborating with production teams to ensure engineering solutions meet operational requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize machinery performance and reliability.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in both mechanical and electrical maintenance (multi-skilled experience preferred)
  • Relevant qualifications, such as an NVQ Level 3 in Engineering, or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in a pharmaceutical, FMCG, or highly regulated environment
  • A strong understanding of health, safety, and compliance standards in manufacturing
