Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Professional to lead our Organisation Design, Change, and Performance functions. You will be responsible for managing operational business partners, driving key people projects, and leveraging people data to inform business decisions.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement organisational design strategies to drive business performance.
  • Lead change management initiatives to embed new ways of working across the organisation.
  • Analyse people data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including holiday entitlement, sick pay, pension plan, additional benefits, loans, discounts and cashback, health cash plan, employee assistance program, and training and development opportunities.
