About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Development and Partnerships Manager to join our team at Peridot Partners. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in securing funding for our projects and partners.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of fundraising, partnerships development, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with our Director of Development to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies that drive growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure new income streams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trusts, foundations, and corporate partners
  • Work collaboratively with our sales and marketing team to leverage digital fundraising opportunities
  • Provide support to our Director of Development and other colleagues to achieve strategic aims and objectives
