About the Role

This role focuses on securing grants, trusts, and foundations funding to grow supporter and partnership growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving financial goals, contributing towards setting and meeting fundraising targets, and seeking opportunities to maintain a diverse pipeline of potential donors.
  • Leading digital fundraising efforts using the Spektrix database and Donorfy platform in collaboration with the sales and marketing team.
  • Supporting colleagues across the organisation to implement strategic aims and objectives in relation to fundraising and philanthropy.

The estimated salary for this role is £42,500 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience. The location is hybrid/Winchester with one to two days a week in the office.
