About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager/Field Sales Representative to join our Danone Grocery Field Sales Team at Standout Field Marketing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for increasing visibility of our key Danone brands in store, building relationships with key contacts, and driving sales through displays and fixtures.

About the Job:
This is a field-based role that requires regular travel daily, so you must be comfortable driving distance. You will be representing a wide range of Danone brands in store, including Evian & Volvic water, Alpro, Aptamil, Cow & Gate, Activia, and Actimel. You will work closely with retailers within your assigned territory to increase sales and visibility of our brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase visibility of Danone brands in store through displays and fixtures
- Build relationships with key contacts in store to drive sales and customer engagement
- Work closely with retailers to understand their needs and develop effective sales strategies
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide excellent customer service and support to retailers and customers
Requirements:
- Experience of working within a field-based sales role with exposure to the supermarket retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High levels of resilience and energy
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Full UK manual driving licence (with no more than 6 points or previous bans)
