Job Title: Territory Manager / Field Sales Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager/Field Sales Representative to join our Danone Grocery Field Sales Team at Standout Field Marketing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for increasing visibility of our key Danone brands in store, building strong relationships with retailers, and driving sales through displays and fixtures.

As a Territory Manager/Field Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of Danone brands, including Evian, Volvic, Alpro, Aptamil, Cow & Gate, Activia, and Actimel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increasing visibility of Danone brands in store through displays and fixtures
  • Building strong relationships with retailers and key contacts
  • Driving sales through effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Representing Danone brands in a professional and positive manner
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a field-based sales role, preferably in the supermarket retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High levels of resilience and energy
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Full UK manual driving licence (with no more than 6 points or previous bans)
