Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager/Field Sales Representative to join our Danone Grocery Field Sales Team at Standout Field Marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Represent a wide range of Danone brands in store, including Evian & Volvic water, Alpro, Aptamil, Cow & Gate, Activia, and Actimel.
- Increase visibility of key Danone brands through displays and fixtures in store.
- Work closely with retailers within your assigned territory to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with key contacts in store and communicate effectively to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
- Experience in a field-based sales role, preferably in the supermarket retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key contacts in store.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a high level of resilience and energy.
- Ability to work in a KPI-driven environment and meet sales targets.
- Full UK manual driving licence (with no more than 6 points or previous bans).
- Salary £27k per annum (pro rata).
- Flexible smart working.
- Potential to earn bonus - 10%.
