Reward Cycle Manager for UK and Europe

At Crone Corkill, we are looking for a highly skilled Reward Cycle Manager for UK and Europe to join our team. As a key member of our financial services sector, you will play a critical role in delivering the annual compensation reward cycle.

About the Role- Deliver the annual compensation reward cycle across the UK and Europe, including merit, bonus, LTI plan, and bonus sacrifice vehicles.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders on education and standard reporting.
- Pre-populate all back-end Workday data fields, such as job levels, salary ranges, and job codes.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake governance and compliance checks to ensure adherence to in-country legislation and regulatory frameworks.
- Address technical issues and questions related to Workday, serving as the first point of contact.
- Work with HRBP's to resolve recommendation anomalies and escalate to the Head of HR as needed.
- Perform full audit reviews of Workday and Payroll throughout and post-close of the cycle.
The estimated salary for this role is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, based on experience.
