Job Summary
We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. This role involves providing top-notch customer service, managing front desk operations, and contributing to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and guests, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at improving guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
