About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Revenue Operations Associate to join our dynamic team at IRIS Software Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales teams by managing data, creating reports, and optimising processes to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in using Salesforce or other CRM tools. You will be a key member of our revenue growth team, working closely with sales, marketing, and finance to ensure alignment on goals and metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Data & Create Reports: Ensure Salesforce data is accurate and build insightful dashboards to align teams.
  • Optimise Processes: Collaborate with leadership to streamline workflows and improve lead generation, sales, and revenue management.
  • Support Sales Teams: Assist with pricing, quoting, contracts, and key sales tools to drive efficiency.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance to keep everyone aligned on goals and metrics.
  • Monitor Performance: Track key metrics (like win rates and sales cycles) to provide actionable insights for leadership.
  • Manage Tools & Systems: Oversee platforms like Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and sales enablement software.
  • Contribute to Strategic Projects: Support revenue forecasting, budgeting, and other strategic initiatives.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 per annum.
