We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Analyst to join our team at IRIS Software Group in Manchester. This exciting role offers the chance to work with a talented team, develop your skills, and make a real impact on business growth.
The successful candidate will have experience working with CRM systems, excellent analytical skills, and a strong eye for detail. As a Revenue Growth Analyst, you will play a vital role in managing data, creating reports, and optimising processes to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Salesforce data to ensure accuracy and build insightful dashboards.
- Collaborate with leadership to streamline workflows and improve lead generation, sales, and revenue management.
- Support sales teams by assisting with pricing, quoting, contracts, and key sales tools.
- Closely collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align on goals and metrics.
- Monitor performance by tracking key metrics such as win rates and sales cycles.
- Oversee platforms like Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and sales enablement software.
- Contribute to strategic projects by supporting revenue forecasting, budgeting, and other initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
- A positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams.
- Passion for learning and growing understanding of Revenue Operations.
Salary Range: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
