About the Role
The Commercial Director will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and leading our commercial strategy. This role will be responsible for negotiating contracts, managing relationships with clients and partners, and identifying new business opportunities. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent negotiation and communication skills, as well as experience in a similar role. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a commercial strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Negotiate contracts with clients and partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers

Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in a commercial or sales and marketing role
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and developing effective commercial strategies
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
