Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Revenue Operations Associate to join our team at IRIS Software Group. As a key member of our Revenue Operations function, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of Salesforce data, building insightful dashboards to align teams, and collaborating with leadership to streamline workflows and improve lead generation, sales, and revenue management. Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting sales teams by assisting with pricing, quoting, contracts, and key sales tools to drive efficiency.
- Working closely with sales, marketing, and finance to keep everyone aligned on goals and metrics.
- Tracking key metrics (like win rates and sales cycles) to provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Overseeing platforms like Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and sales enablement software.
- Contributing to strategic projects such as revenue forecasting, budgeting, and other initiatives.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools, be skilled at creating and analysing reports, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, and possess a positive attitude towards collaboration and innovation.
Salary:£55,000 - £70,000 per annum.
