Job Title: Revenue Growth Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Revenue Growth Specialist to join our Revenue Operations function in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through process optimisation and data analysis.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools, excellent analytical skills, and a positive attitude. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment on goals and metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage Data & Create Reports: Ensure Salesforce data is accurate and build insightful dashboards to align teams.
  • Optimise Processes: Collaborate with leadership to streamline workflows and improve lead generation, sales, and revenue management.
  • Support Sales Teams: Assist with pricing, quoting, contracts, and key sales tools to drive efficiency.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance to keep everyone aligned on goals and metrics.
  • Monitor Performance: Track key metrics (like win rates and sales cycles) to provide actionable insights for leadership.
  • Manage Tools & Systems: Oversee platforms like Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and sales enablement software.
  • Contribute to Strategic Projects: Support revenue forecasting, budgeting, and other strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Skilled at creating and analysing reports, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Positive attitude and a strong eye for detail.
  • Well-organised and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating across teams.
  • Passionate about learning and eager to grow your understanding of Revenue Operations.
  • A qualification in business, finance, or administration is desirable, but not essential.

Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
