Hampshire County Council seeks skilled Social Workers to take on challenging roles as Child Protection Lead Practitioners. In this innovative position, you will play a key part in redefining our child protection approach.
You will support a Family Help Team, providing leadership and direction under the guidance of Team Managers. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and managing high-risk child protection cases, implementing optimal interventions.
- Offering professional guidance to colleagues, enhancing their skills and improving team collaboration.
- Ledning critical meetings and effectively communicating with external stakeholders to ensure children's well-being.
The role includes:
- Dedicated PA assistance for professional development.

- Aid with relocation costs up to £8,500 for qualified professionals relocating to Hampshire.
